It is not possible to just edit a product and change its code because that product code can exist in hundreds to many thousands of places in the database Online Advantage uses to access your product related information. However it is possible to set the system to change the “code” a Product is known under. We have a specific function that can be used to set-up a Product Transfer. This function effectively allows you to tell the system to change the existing code to something new/different.
