There are some software features available that may never be used for some installations of Online Advantage due to the nature of a business. By indicating which parts of the system are not being used we are able to hide certain fields so that we can present a more relevant and un-cluttered UI to users.
Job Costing is being used
Job Costing is an entire module used for collating costs from other modules (like creditors, purchasing and stock) under a nominated ‘job’ number (project).
Manufacturing is being used
Manufacturing is an entire suite of functions for the processing work orders, kitting, jobbing and/or the costing of finished goods and sub-assembly items.
Fixed Assets is being used
Fixed Assets is an entire module for maintaining a ledger of company assets and calculating depreciation each month to post to the general ledger.
Foreign Currency is being used
Switch this on if you have suppliers or customers who you transact with using foreign currency.
Branch Restrictions is being used
Only switch this feature on if you are using multiple branches and you want users to only see the information pertinent to their own branch(es).
Inventory Tracking is being used
Enable tracking if you want to record details such as serial numbers, batch numbers or dual reference numbers with stock on hand and transaction movements.
