Overdue Reminders – there are now two Overdue Reminder options available:
- we’ve added a “preview” version which selects the customer accounts that match your selection filter and presents those to you in a list before sending anything out. This provides you with the opportunity to omit any accounts you do not want to send a reminder to. The reminder letters cannot be scheduled using this option, so any emails are sent immediately. This new option can be used to ‘work out’ your selection filters prior to using the scheduling option.
- a new schedule option is available on the menu. It lets users schedule the reminder email using pre-defined selection filters so that reminders can be sent on a regular basis.
Product Transfer Upload – this will now accept duplicate products if the from and to size/colour are unique. Basically allows you to upload “similar” product transfer rows that will then be merged into one list that can be edited using the Set Up Product Transfer function.
Supplier Returns – the ‘Due Date’ on supplier returns will now default as per supplier’s terms.
