You may reset a user password via the System Adminstrator ‘Reset User Password’ function or via the User panel ‘more actions’ option in user maintenance.
A temporary password is generated and an email is sent to the user notifying them of the reset and the temporary password.
The user can log in with the temporary password and they are immediately asked to set a new password.
