Order Grouping – extending the new ‘Order Grouping’ feature from last release, the group names are now stored against the customer account so they are available to re-use the next time your customer uses the B2B portal to place an order. As soon as a user starts to enter a group name the list of previously used groups will appear as shown.
New B2E Portal – we’ve added a new e-Commerce platform for “Business to Employee” ordering.
This platform allows employees of your customer to log in to your e-commerce site and order from the portal catalogue. The employees can enter their own size and delivery address requirements, but their employer (your customer) pays for the items.
The employer can set a YTD budget ‘allowance’ for employee purchases to prevent them from overspending. They can choose for employee orders to be saved as draft orders and log in to the B2B portal to approve employee orders if that is their preference.
Employees need to complete a registration process before creating any orders.
