Purpose
This routine is used to upload files onto the server from your local PC for use within the application.

Select File
Select the file you wish to upload by clicking the Browse button and navigating to the place on your local PC the file is stored.
Select Type
Select the type of file you are uploading. The available file types and a description of each is below.
| Option | Behaviour |
| Product Image | Product image files are images of your products that are intended for use on your e-Commerce portal. The corresponding file name must be recorded on the Product Details for the image to be associated and appear correctly. |
| Product Index Image | Product Index image files are images for each product indexes used in the ‘Catalogue’ of your e-Commerce portal. The corresponding file name must be recorded on the Product Index Details for the image to be associated and appear correctly. |
| Product Details | Product details support all known file types supported by a browser. This allows you to associate files to a product via ‘Web Links’ recorded on the Product Details. These files might be images, videos, PDF or Word documents, or spreadsheets related to the product. |
| Attachments | Attachment files are documents that are intended as additional attachments to dockets that are emailed. For example, if you email a Quote docket, you may also attach a document outlining your terms and conditions. |
Click ‘Add’ to include the file into the list. You may also remove the uploaded files by clicking the delete icon in the list.
Click ‘Submit’ to save the files to complete the upload.
