Statement Reprints – added new filters to the statement reprint functions so that users can now reprint statements for customer accounts with balances that are ‘nn days and over’
Statement Activity report – a new report on the ‘Statements’ menu that can be used to show when and what types of statements were generated
Draft Orders
- a new report has been added to Order Management showing outstanding Draft Orders
- a new system option is available that configures the system to delete draft orders once they are converted to committed orders, if that is your preference. This option can be enabled in the ‘Sales Orders’ System Option
Stocktake – when initiating a stocktake you can now filter on the primary and/or secondary bin to target a count on items in specific bin areas
Supplier Price Imports – purchase conversion has been added to the list of data columns that can be defined for the importing of Supplier price data
e-Commerce Options – new options have been added to this function to correspond with changes to the e-Commerce applications:
- term for ‘delivery’ – could be ‘freight’, ‘shipping’, ‘postage’ etc.
- term for ‘charges’ – could be ‘fees’, ‘handling’, ‘levy’, etc.
- search overlay option – search results can be presented in a screen overlay format with corresponding images
- list of delivery options – enter the delivery options e.g. ‘Collect’, ‘Standard Post’, ‘Express Post’ and corresponding Carriers to link to product and cost for delivery
Manual Invoices & Credits – these functions have been changed to separate out the tax component of the transaction amount for better tax reporting
EOD – a new ‘Document Library’ report override destination is now available. This option will store the report in the OA Document Library only and not email, print, fax the report. There is currently no function available for users to retrieve EOD documents so you would need to contact support to retrieve a given document. However a document viewer will be made available in a future release
Jobs – the Job Costing system now allow the linking of “Documents” to jobs. These attachments can be drawings, contracts, certificates etc. in a variety of file types like PDF, Word, Excel and image formats
