Carrier Group – we’ve added a new setting to Carriers that allows you to consolidate carriers under a ‘group’ code. We’ve done this so you can create multiple carriers in the system for the one carrier company. Each individual carrier might provide different services with unique rates and application interface requirements for each service you use under that carrier. However, other information may be shared no matter what service you use, so you can add a ‘main’ carrier entry and link the individual carriers for each service to that main carrier. This means that data that covers all services only has to be recorded against the main carrier saving you time and effort..
Manual Stock Register Reports – added the ‘stock transaction reason’ to the Stock Issues and Stock Receipts Register reports along with some general format improvements.
Discounts for transfer orders – the entry of a discount % on a transfer sales order is now applied to the value of the transferred stock to save manual calculation.
Contact Mail Outs – a new tool is available to send out a formatted email to contacts. See Mail Outs for the steps involved. Note: We’ll be doing more work to streamline this process in future releases.
